Arrival day Sanicole Airshow 2021
After cancellation of the 2020 airshow due to the corona pandemic, the famous Belgium International Sanicole Airshow at Hechtel-Eksel was on the show agenda again. A wide range of military and civilian aircraft were on display for three days. Due to corona restrictions, the number of visitors was limited to 7,500 per day. Jets and large military aircraft fly the show from nearby Kleine-Brogel Air Base. On a rainy and heavily clouded 10 September 2021 most of the participants arrived at “Kee Bee” and Recce Reports was present to capture the incoming aircraft.
Mini Tiger Meet
At the same time and in collaboration with the Tiger Squadron at Kleine Brogel, the participants of the so-called Mini Tiger Meet also flew during the Sanicole Airshow. Other highlights of the show were the demo teams Patrouille de Suisse from Switzerland and the British Red Arrows. But also the Belgium F-16 demo, French Rafales, Finish Hornet and the E-2C Hawkeye from the French Navy were nice attractions.
